Perry Building & Restoration was started in 1997 by Justin Perry after graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. The company was originally located in Wolfeboro, NH, but was moved to Maine in 1998 shortly after the purchase of an 1860’s farm house in North Berwick. The company has grown from a one person carpentry business to a five person general contracting and building business.
We now offer full general contracting and building services with the support of a full time carpentry staff, 2400 square foot woodworking shop, light excavation equipment, and a group of regularly used sub-contractors. Recently moved from 1860’s farm house, we are now renovating and restoring the Historic North Berwick rail road station, which now houses the company’s woodworking millwork shop and office.
